Can I share my membership?

No. Your membership is an individual license and is not authorized for sharing. Each individual should have their own account. Sharing memberships are in violation of Terms of Service and your membership can be cancelled without a refund.

Do You offer Student discounts?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount to students. Send a request including your (a) name, (b) name of school, and (d) proof of your student status to Support@FootballPsychLab.com.

Do you offer Organizational Memberships?

Please contact Support@FootballPsychLab.com for more information.

Can I switch Membership?

Yes, at any time you can upgrade your membership plan, you will be charged the difference between your old and new plan. Downgrades are not possible.

What are the Gift Card Terms and Conditions?

  • Gift cards are not eligible for discounts.

  • This gift card is redeemable only on FootballPsychLab.com.

  • This gift card is non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for the purchase of another gift card. Any unused value remains on the card. Purchases will be deducted from the gift card amount until the value of the card is zero. This gift card can only be redeemed for cash if the balance remaining is less than £5.

  • Gift cards can't be used to pay recurring membership fees or installment payments.

  • Football Psych Lab, AS is not responsible for lost, stolen or any unauthorized certificate use.

  • To check card balance or to redeem a balance of less than £5 contact Support@FootballPsychLab.com Subject: Gift Card, Redemption Code #.

What is your Refund Policy?

After we collect your payment, we follow these refund rules:

Insight and Pro Memberships:

  • Full refunds are issued for canceled Insight or Pro Memberships that are paid in full that are cancelled before December 13, 13:00 CET. Refunds may take 3 to 10 business days to process.

  • We don’t offer refunds after December 13, 13:00 following the full payment of an Insight or Pro membership.

  • We don’t offer refunds for monthly installments plans. You may cancel your plan at any point, you will not be obligated to pay the remaining installments. Upon cancellation you will lose access to your member area.

Webinars:

  • Full refunds are issued for canceled webinars more than 168 hours (7 days) before the scheduled webinar.

  • A 50% refund will be issued for canceled webinars between 168 and 96 hours (4-7 days) of the scheduled webinar.

  • We don't offer refunds for canceled webinars within 96 (4 days) hours of the scheduled Webinar.

Gift Cards:

  • We don’t offer refunds on gift cards.
